Reengineering Public Security is a project that integrates analysis, proposals and experiences to build the path of transformations in public policies needed to reduce homicides.
We will build a knowledge community, made up of professionals and organizations specialized in public security.
We will advance the foundation for the transformation of public security processes through the systematization of analyses, diagnoses, recommendations and proposals.
We will train justice officials in the use of process transformation management tools.
We will broaden the visibility of and disseminate good practices and public policy recommendations.
We will promote public debate with a view to influencing political actors.
By disseminating, at both national and regional levels, publications that integrate proposals and recommendations of public policies and good practices, Reengineering Public Security mobilizes public debate to influence decision makers towards the transformation of a comprehensive public security system that makes possible the reduction of homicides in Venezuela.
